Section Information:

September supplement ratings determine section eligibility! Players of ALL AGES welcome!
1) U900 section- $10 advance entry ($15 onsite), 4SS, G/45, open to all unrated players and any player with a USCF September supplement rating under 900, USCF rated.
2) U1400 section- $10 advance entry ($15 onsite), 4SS, G/45, open to all unrated players and any player with a USCF September supplement rating under 1400, USCF rated.
3) Open section- $10 advance entry ($15 onsite), 4SS, G/45, open to all players, USCF rated.

Event Times and More:

Onsite Registration begins at 10:30 am. We can only accept onsite registrations as space is available. 50 players maximum - combined section totals. Registration closes at 10:50. Let's start on time!

Round 1 in each section begins at 11:00 am. Subsequent rounds will begin asap, with some extra time allotted between rounds 2 and 3 for lunch. The Texas Union will be open for business. Both sections should be finished around 4pm.

Four rounds per section. One 1/2 point bye allowed, if requested before the start of round 2.

USCF membership:

Bring proof of current USCF membership - USCF ID card or receipt - or verify information with registrar in advance. If your name is NOT highlighted on the preregistration list, you're good to go! You can purchase a USCF membership upon arrival. Because these are not age-based sections, all players must be full members. No JTP's permitted - must upgrade to a full membership. (Tournament memberships available.)

Tournament space is limited to the first 50 paid entrants.
Advance registration (by Saturday, August29th, 8:00am), paid in full, is only $10!
Onsite registration available for $15, if space permits.
Online registration preferred.
